Albania’s Mural Fest celebrated its 4th edition around the theme of ‘Youth’, after Tirana received the title of European Youth Capital 2022. The festival, curated by watercolour artist Helidon Haliti and organised by VIZart, took place over the whole month of September in the outskirts of the city. Zabou painted the portrait of Angie, a local photographer and model. Her artwork, about family pressure on young generations, depicts her looking sad and frustrated while the hand of her grandmother rests on her shoulder.

Le festival Albanais Mural Fest a organisé sa 4e édition autour du thème de la Jeunesse, après que Tirana fut nominée Capitale Européenne de la Jeunesse 2022. L’évènement, organisée par VIZart et l’artiste Helidon Haliti, s’est déroulé durant tout le mois de Septembre dans la périphérie de la ville. Zabou a peint le portrait d’Angie, une photographe et modèle locale. Son oeuvre, avec comme thème la pression familiale sur les jeunes générations, montre la jeune femme attristée et frustrée, avec la main de sa grand-mère reposant sur son épaule.
