Southend City Jam, organised by the local council in collaboration with graffiti artists Ekto and Ster, returned for its fourth edition with more than 200 artists painting over 3 days. Zabou was invited to paint in the “Deeping”, an unused tunnel hosting a large graffiti jam. She created a mural of one of her favourite music producers and DJs: Kaytranada. The portrait is inspired by a photograph taken by Xavier Scott Marshall for Rolling Stone magazine.

Le Southend City Jam, organisé part la municipalité de Southend-on-sea en collaboration avec les graffeurs Ekto et Ster, fut de retour pour sa quatrième édition avec plus de 200 artistes en action sur 3 jours. Zabou a été invitée à peindre dans le “Deeping”, un tunnel désaffecté accueillant un grand rassemblement de graffeurs. Elle y a réalisé une fresque représentant l’un de ses producteurs de musique et DJs préférés : Kaytranada. Le portrait est inspiré d’une photographie prise par Xavier Scott Marshall pour le magazine Rolling Stone.
