I’m pleased to announce that on Saturday 7th December 2013, French TV Channel ‘France 5’ has broadcasted a documentary about ‘London by night’ where I made a short appearance. The video (below) features myself painting in East London in Chance Street and along Regent’s Canal with street artist Sr.X.

A cheeky and funny piece painted in Waterloo – Leake Street Tunnel this afternoon. Great jamm painting with writers Sapone, Comiz (Italy), Rula (China) and painted Aitor (Spain).

New piece in partnership with Tokyobike – painted next to Old Street in London.
I took inspiration from a picture from the brand’s blog and included one of their stylish bikes in the composition. The girl is standing in this colourful rain. Just waiting. ‘Plic’. ‘Ploc’.

This Sunday I painted a tribute piece to Nelson Mandela in Acton Town (West London). The mural is around 4,5m long and features a large stencil of Mandela raising his fist, the South African flag in the background as well as the wording ‘Dream. Fight.’
The project is supported by the Acton Community Forum which help street artists having permission to paint walls on social estates. I would like to thank them as well as to artist Sr.X (featured below) for helping out.

Very proud of this collaboration with the very talented street artist Sr.X. Our styles and techniques are different but actually work very well together.
The piece was painted along Regent’s Canal in London, a famous spot for graffiti artists since the 80’s. It was filmed by a crew of journalists from France 5 (one of the French’s national main TV channels) for a documentary about ‘London by Night’ to be broadcasted on the 7th of December.
Red Pepper is an independent ‘red, green and radical’ magazine based in the United Kingdom. Their issue n°192 (October-November 2013) was all about surveillance in our modern society. The issue features two photos of my stencils, see below.
After the success of my first GTA parody featuring the Pope, I’ve decided to draw a new illustration about Hollywood using one of the official posters of the game. You will recognise Miley Cyrus in one of her latest ‘performance’ at the VMA, she gives us a pretty good idea of what the star system can do to a anyone.

My first piece near Brick Lane in East London, famous for its vintage shops, street art, bars, bagels and curry restaurants.

Excited to reveal my new stencil painted on the gable end of the house near Clapton in London. The piece is 30 feet (6 meters) above the ground and was painted using a scaffolding tower.
The design is inspired by some vintage images. Its purpose is to surprise people walking in the street by showing a joyful pin-up girl on a swing with the cheeky wording ‘Yeah bitches!‘.

From the 5th to 10th September took place in East London: ‘Urban & Iconic: The World of Street Art’, a street art group show. I was exhibiting 3 canvases and 4 Giclée prints in the second room of the gallery, among twelve other artists. About 250 people joined the opening of the exhibition, and many visitors came all along the week, making the show a great success. Find below a few pictures of the event.

The Orbital Festival and Brompton World Championship took place on the 27th and 28th July in Goodwood Motor Circuit (Chichester, United Kingdom).
I worked with Brompton Ltd, a London-based folding bicycle designer, to create an art installation during the event. We asked Brompton riders from all over the world to send their photo (posing with their bike). I selected 6 of them and painted the portraits for two days, the artworks are now hang in the Brompton factory in London.
One of the persons who was selected to be stencilised happened to be at the event. Meeting him and seeing how happy he was about his portrait was the best moment of the week end.

This summer I was invited to take part in the Kunstbunker art and music festival in Duga Resa, Croatia. I stayed a week in this lovely and very green little town to cut a stencil and paint a 3 meters high piece.
The design featured French actress Marion Cotillard surrounded by a decor inspired by Art Nouveau style.

Interview for Croatian channel TV4R:
Good afternoon painting in Waterloo tunnel to avoid the British rainy weather. This is the biggest stencil I’ve done so far (5m long on 1,7m high!), and it was quite a challenge to draw from the original design to this scale.
I like the sharpness and neatness of the piece contrasting with the wild graffiti jungle all around.

On the occasion of the pope election, here’s my illustration!
It’s a parody of the famous posters of the game Grand Theft Auto, featuring the new pope as a proper gangsta in front on his papamobile (with sexy nun) and the Vatican. ‘Vice City’ is replaced by ‘Vatican City’.
